Ishmael also is not the best person in science, but he still believes strongly in his belief that the syndrome that he has is only made when the names "Ishmael" and "Lesuer" are combined. I myself would have a different theory for I believe that the syndrome that Ishmael is fake and he just says this to make himself feel better with a syndrome that he had made up.
